Once you commit to your plan and sign up; you will receive an email to fill in an application form via my coaching platform. There you can select your exercise programmes, and tell me a little about yourself.
Unlock your app access. Once I receive your form and payment, you will be able to access the app and your plans. Its a one stop shop where you can log all your data, follow and record your sessions and access the masterclasses.
Motivation made easy. You will get a welcome email with me chatting you through any FAQ’s to make accessing and using your programmes easy and effective (and anything practical like equipment you need). You will also be able to join the community WhatsApp group, PLUS make sure you are signed up to the monthly email challenges.

Nope! All workouts can be done from home, and you can choose what works best for you based on equipment and your experience level

This depends on your consistency, but most mums start feeling stronger and more in control within around 4 weeks. Fat loss, muscle growth and body changes follow when you stick to the process.

You’ll get a confirmation email after your payment is received, with easy to follow steps to get access to the programme app, the community, and everything you need to get started. If you get stuck, I am always contactable for any questions.

Payments are automatically taken each month via STRIPE and your chosen payment method. Refunds are available with 1 full months notice to terminate your plan.

As a certified Fat Loss and Pre/Post Natal Specialist Personal Trainer, I understand the unique challenges that motherhood brings. My mission is to help mums regain their confidence and achieve the bodies they desire post-baby through a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to fat loss and coaching.
Before becoming a coach, I spent years as a fashion buyer—so I know all too well the pressure to “look the part.” But it wasn’t until I had my first child in 2021 (mid-COVID chaos) that I truly saw the gaps in fitness advice for mums. Everything felt too soft, too vague, and honestly… unhelpful. It made me passionate about showing women that their bodies aren’t broken. I personally got into the best shape of my life AFTER having a baby—because I stopped doing all the wrong things.
What makes my coaching different? I don’t do fluff. I’m direct, action-driven, and committed to getting you results. Whether through 1-1 coaching or the Hot Mum Movement, my approach is designed to fit your busy life while giving you the accountability, strategy, and support to finally feel strong, confident, and in control.
